Fault Finding
- 1.
We are instituting ourselves as a judging authority, if we are prone to condemn, disapprove, criticise or blame others. An authority who chooses to pull on various threads of behaviour and pick them apart, in order to emphasise faults, as though they were a permanent condition and not a passing experience. But a number of questions need to be asked, “Do we want our primary form of communication to be as a fault-finder? Can we expect to have a relationship with someone where we are emphasising their faults? Will emphasising faults, without any acknowledgment of the noble and worthy, keep communication open? Are we prone to finding fault in others because of the proximity of our own? And do we want to live in a world where faults and fault finding are predominantly emphasised?”
Fear
21 Contemplations on Fear - More >>- 1.
The predominant cause of fear, as well as the fear of failure, may be forgetting that we are eternal beings living in an eternal universe. However, if we and the universe are not eternal, then it is still preferable to live as though we are, if we want to live with less anxiety or angst, as well as greater stillness, calm and peace.

Feelings
17 Contemplations on Feelings - More >>- 1.
Our feelings are essentially the expression of a light heart. They are innocent, there is no sense of deceit or contraction to them. The ability to feel, creates an openness for empathy with others, and with nature.

Fertility
- 1.
The tonic of happiness and the connected openness of love likely create the most coherent foundation of health, for potency and fertility.
Fighting Ourselves
- 1.
If we are fighting ourselves in any way, whether it is mentally, emotionally or even physically through self harm and so on, then we are not seeing the primary truth about ourselves. And although this primary truth may have been hidden underneath mental, emotional and physical layers of dysfunction, we only need to become aware of this truth, for us to cease fighting ourselves. This truth is the existence of our true nature. (Please see contemplations on True Nature).
Finite
- 1.
The finite always points to and leads to the infinite. Everything around us is a finite gift from the truth of the infinite, and consequently the infinite is also paradoxically here.
First Cause
- 1.
In examining the first causes of any action, we find that there are conscious, as well as subconsciously motivating forces. And behind these forces, there is a requirement, inclination, or a desire for something to occur. The requirement, inclination or desire is often more subconscious, if we want to maintain a perceived homeostasis. Whilst an inclination or desire to change tends to be more conscious, in order to bring a personally desired imperative to fruition. Therefore if we want to change behaviours, it is preferable to become aware at the first causal moment when a motive force appears, so that we can more consciously create a healthier, more coherent alternative.
