Laughter
- 1.
Well-founded laughter, like love, kindness, generosity, good food and so on, is a life-making, health-giving, stress-releasing, and universally connecting bond to other human beings. This bond inspires, as well as confirms our human unity. (Please see contemplations on Connection and Humour).

Lazy
- 1.
Being contentedly lazy and at ease, rather than always having to be productive, is surely one of life’s greatest pleasures. When we relax into the natural, background ambience of the moment, we may feel the comforting rapture of life’s deep presence.
