All undiscovered facts are currently in existence in the collective unconscious. They will eternally bubble through into the collective subconscious and finally into the collective conscious mind. However, a fact can only be quantified by its existence value to the partaker. A fact’s usability and therefore the awareness of it determines the value of its existence by the user. Consequently facts exist across the range of unconscious, subconscious, conscious subjective and conscious objective minds.
