  • Karma

    • 1.

Karma appears to be the heart and conscience of the universe – the highest laws of love and truth operating together to create an absolute state of synthesis.

  • Killing

    • 1.

We are all connected, to each other and to nature and our environment, and therefore all killings are our collective responsibility. From the unified, universal view, killings are an unwanted sacrifice, towards prising open and dispelling our ignorance, and to discovering the truth of our unity and oneness. When we fully realise this, killing will cease.

  • Kindness

    • 1.

Kindness emanates from the natural benevolence of our true inner nature. Kindness is interested in the wellbeing of others and of other sentient life. And kindness occurs when it is allowed to act freely, without the intrusion of a credit-seeking ego.

There is a unique pleasure in kindness, yet it is unlike the pleasure we find in the fulfilling of a desire. Rather the pleasure of kindness is more transcendentally selfless, rather than self-centred.

To wait for the perfect person and circumstance in order to be kind, is to short-change the next person we meet, or the person already by our side.

  • Knee-Jerk Response

    • 1.

Each time we experience a negative knee jerk mental or emotional response, we are allowing a previous conditioning, to rule that situation in our lives. The more this occurs, the more we will live our lives from subconscious, conditional responses, and therefore the less aware, and the more unconscious we will become. Ideally we need to first become aware of our knee-jerk responses, whilst not following through with them, by consciously choosing a more aware action.

  • Know Thyself

    • 1.

The famous injunction to Know thyself, seems to be something that not many of us accomplish well. Yet surely it is the most important element of a human life, even though it may take a lifetime or perhaps even longer. It seems that if we are to take on the full meaning of this injunction, then it surely implies knowing much more than our own ego. And yet perhaps we can begin with first knowing well the ego and it’s associated beliefs and emotions, before moving beyond it, and learning to know well the more subtle emanations of the soul, and the universe beyond.

  • Knowing

    • 1.

In order to live with a higher degree of knowing, then it would seem that we need to live with a more boundless insight, foresight, and understanding based upon awareness and inquiry into our life experiences. Consequently we will also live with a greater assurance of our knowledge, and of the course, purpose and meaning this brings.

  • Knowledge

    • 1.

The process of knowledge appears to operate through the sending out of centrifugal beams of information-inquiry, which are then acknowledged by others or the environment, and returned centripetally to their source, to create an exchange and a synthesis. The purpose of this process of knowledge appears to be to create a fusion of understanding.
