| First Cause 1
In examining the first causes of any action, we find that there are conscious, as well as subconscious motivating forces. And behind these forces, there is either a requirement, an inclination, or a desire for something to occur. The requirement is often more subconscious, in order to maintain the internal homeostasis of the body. Whilst the inclination or desire tends to be more conscious, in order to bring a personally desired imperative to fruition. In both cases, a change occurs. Some changes create sensory results, which can then create further desires, motives and sensory inputs. However, if we want to change our behaviours, we can become aware at the first causal moment, that a motive force appears, before it becomes a deeper desire, so that we can more consciously create a healthier alternative.
