Big Bang
- 1.
According to science, all elements upon the earth and throughout the universe, as well as all expressions of life, had their origin 13.75 billion years ago from the big bang. Everything we see, hear, smell, taste and touch has journeyed in our evolving dimension of life. And therefore we are part of it, and connected to it all. How then can we possibly mistreat, or not have respect for our environment, other life forms, or human beings, that have taken 13.75 billion years to arrive, and be here at this moment in time?
Bigotry
- 1.
Bigotry is always triggered by the narrow perception of external realities, not by the knowing of internal truths.
Bindings
- 1.
Those bindings that we believe limit us, for example, family, finance, friends, work, location and so on, can rarely be effectively cut, without cutting off something of our own sense of wholeness. Rather, it seems to be part of our human calling, that we learn to transform our perceptual relationship to those bindings, as well as to our understanding of freedom.
Birthplace
- 1.
If we overly associate ourselves with our nationhood, whether we regard our birth parents and birthplace as planned, or indiscriminate and unplanned, then we are likely elevating our gender, race, nationality and ego (which for many of us, are largely unexamined effects), above the soul (a largely unknown cause). In neither position of being unexamined or unknown, can we claim any deep reason for our place of birth.
Blame
- 1.
Blaming can often be a scapegoating tool for our own inaction or irresponsibility. It can be an attempt to enforce a stigma of guilt upon another, through our self-righteousness.

Blessings
- 1.
A blessing of love to others is spontaneously generated, whenever our true nature is expressed.

- 7.
If we can place more focus upon others, by for example internally blessing those we meet or see with a wonderful life, or likewise picturing those we know in our imagination with a similar blessing, then we leave behind our own self-centered emotions, judgmentalness and angst, and enter into the joy and expansiveness of serving others.
Bliss
Bliss Battery
- 1.
Just as we eat, exercise, sleep, walk through a forest or on a beach to recharge our energy, we can also recharge the battery of our bliss or state of joy. For when we live with sufficient joy, love, and happiness, we don’t tend to become emotionally, mentally, or physically upset. For example, we can recharge our bliss battery, by closing our eyes for a few minutes whilst making a soft smile, and breathing slowly. Furthermore, when we are in this state, we naturally know it to be our never-changing, true nature. (Please see all contemplations on Smile, Happiness, Heart 22 and Psychological First Aid 1).
Body
- 1.
According to Science, the body is a condensed field of light. The sub-molecular form of the body is composed of light particles upon which interacting frequencies are played and performed. It is an instrument that requires constant internal tuning on many vibratory levels. Yet its greatest potential appears to be for increasing the clarity, and consequently the awareness of self-illumination, in order to realise symphony with life and others. (Please see contemplation on Eyes 3).
