| Absolute Certainty

  The common element in enlightenment experiences appears to be the absolute certainty of the loving benevolence, transcendence, infinite unity, and eternity behind all existence. Whenever we experience absolute certainty in our lives, we have this same knowing. For example when we are totally in love, or when we are joyfully flowing with life, we are set free from our cares and fears. These are perhaps small experiences of enlightenment. Our absolute certainty at these times is indicative of the enlightenment path. When we are absolutely certain of our inner love, of our reason for being, and for the existence of a bountiful creation, we are living enlightened.
