| Bliss Battery

    Just as we eat, exercise, sleep, walk through a forest or on a beach to recharge our energy, we can also recharge the battery of our bliss or state of joy. For when we live with sufficient joy, love, and happiness, we don’t tend to become emotionally, mentally, or physically upset. For example, we can recharge our bliss battery, by closing our eyes for a few minutes whilst making a soft smile, and breathing slowly.
