Sensory Field
- 1.
We live in a multi-sensory field, much of which is likely to be undiscovered, or semi-consciously and habitually not focused upon or ignored. Yet according to the awareness of our consciousness, parts of it are obviously discernible. These parts commonly work through the contrast of similarity with dissimilarity, along with the known and the unknown. The difference between these contrasts, appears to be a cornucopic gap, where the source of knowledge and wisdom cascades through.
Sentimental
- 1.
If we are being overly sentimental in our thoughts and memories, then we are probably longing for past times that we have emotionally idealised, or unrealistically exaggerated. If we act on those memories towards another, we could perhaps be making ourselves either overbearing, or vulnerable to, for example, an ex lover.
Separation
- 1.
Separation can help produce the space and scope for reflection and understanding. If however we go further and alienate, or divide and discriminate, this creates an egocentric focus on those things which are regarded as being different. Such differences help create disconnection and rupture, rather than understanding and unity. However ultimately, those things that humanly unite us, are always greater than those things that divide us.

Sequence
- 1.
Everything on earth and beyond appears to be part of a sequential chain. It is a consequence of what has gone before, and will help create a successive effect in the future. The point of change though, exists in the present. It is here where we may alter one sequence for another.
Serenity
Serious
- 1.
If we take life too seriously, we will tend to carry the excessive weight of our emotions in mind and body. Once we realise that this burden is the self-created illusion of our ego in the drama of life, we are more able to surrender it to cosmic humour.

Service
- 1.
During those times we beneficially serve someone, there is a greater possibility that “love” will be awakened in us, as well as in them; it becomes more conscious in both our hearts and minds.

Shadow
- 1.
In many people’s minds the concept of the shadow in human psychology, largely revolves around the repression of our dark side, the unknown, or the negative into the subconscious or unconscious mind. However, the repression of humanity’s sublime, of the transcendental, of the sacred and the spiritual, of inspired harmony, benevolence, beauty and creativity, of noble mindedness, and of the exalted awareness and presence of our true nature, is I believe, a far deeper repression, that has more serious consequences. For many thousands of years, humanity has been told primarily by those in positions of religious power, that we are sinful, wicked, war-faring, evil and so on. However, if we were truly aware of our sublime nature, then many, if not all of our human, environmental and planetary issues would be faced with awareness, rather than ignorantly or selfishly avoided.

Shame
- 1.
A great deal of shame can arise from self-rejection. We reject ourselves by obsessively ruminating and overly analysing just how much others might judge and reject us. Having offended the customs of society or the group that we belong to, we are disgraced and embarrassed before them, and therefore not considered worthy of its benefits or of belonging. Primarily it is the ego that is disgraced, yet deep down our heart and soul has not been recognised either by ourselves or by the group.
