Aloneness
- 1.
In our aloneness, we tend to come face to face with our true nature, and we are full, contented, and feel the expansive power of love. However, when we emote loneliness, we come face to face with our lonely ego, and we are restless, isolated, lessened, and suffer the constricting power of fear.

Ambition
- 1.
Being ambitious in order to pursue money, fame, status and so on, rather than use our energy to pursue life, meaning and purpose, will short-change the very basis of life, and therefore we will largely delude ourselves.

Answers
- 1.
To find an answer usually depends upon locating the key to the problem, mystery or question. The key will often resonate more to the answer than to other options. The key usually exists in some form in the field of the one who quests, although it requires to be noticed. The more keys we discover, the more internal and external connections are made, and the more we discover answers.

Anxiety
- 1.
There are basically two kinds of anxiety; one is generated by the fear of not fully knowing, and subsequently a fantasy of foreboding can fill in the unknown part. The other is the excited fear of knowing, and of the overwhelming implications of coming close to our desire. Both are based in fear, and are lessons in trust. In neither are we fully embracing the present moment that life is offering. For support with anxiety please phone your local Mental Health organisation.
