Flow
- 1.
If we are flowing with life, we are more open beyond our usual routines, habits and beliefs, so for example we flow with what needs to be done, we move when we need to move, we are still when we need to be still, we eat when we need to eat, we are silent or speak when it is appropriate, and we are kind and generous to others without having an agenda. We let go of our stubbornly-held schedules and lists of things to do. We live with less ego, anxiety and stress, so that we are more consciously aware of feeling connected to a greater reality whilst flowing in the moment. We are more observant and spontaneous, and we follow the impulse of the synchronistic and the unexpected, even if at first they may not seem to advance us, but later they may well do so. We live in such a flowing life state, that it brings the intimate, streaming, vital continuity of life streaming towards us. At times this flow may appear to be tidal, yet when we become aware of such tides, we can learn to surf, rather than struggle in the depths, so that we live…read more…

Flowing
- 1.
It feels like we are flowing with a much larger force…with life itself, and its attendant chorus, whenever there is an ease of action in our everyday life. It feels like we have joined in harmony with the earth, and our sense of self-consciousness becomes largely absent, as we feel a greater sense of union.

Focus
- 1.
Whatever we focus on seems to begin the process of materialisation. Generally, if we agonise or brood on problems (note that agonising or brooding on problems is a perverse form of focusing) we tend to make them more ingrained, deeper and more troublesome. On the other hand if we truly focus on what we want, we begin a journey towards realisation.

Food
- 1.
Hippocrates, who is often referred to as the Father of Medicine, said, “Let food be thy medicine and medicine be thy food.” In these times of chemical farming practices, genetically modified food, fast food and junk food, it is now more pertinent than ever to return to the wisdom of consuming the natural organic food that Hippocrates would have no doubt meant.

Forcing
- 1.
We are usually locked in an ego struggle, if we are overly forcing ourselves, and thereby associating our state of self with the ego-mind. Becoming aware of our state of watchful omnipresence, can embrace all seemingly forceful energies.
Foreboding
- 1.
To live with foreboding largely means we are not living that moment in an aware state of consciousness. There is always a bigger picture.
Forever
- 1.
Currently we do not know what will last forever, but it appears that little if anything will endure. Those things that may endure will be beyond anything finite such as our physicality, or our physical efforts and effects upon earth. If anything is to be without end, infinite and eternal, then it could only be the most coherent, most openly embracing aspects of human and non-human consciousness.
Forgetfulness
Forgiveness
- 1.
Forgiveness issues from our hearts, yet arises from the over-viewing, unconditional love of our true nature. Attempting to find forgiveness through the ego mind is a tortuous exercise, revolving around condemnation, guilt and obligation. The ego mind evidently lacks the depth of compassion and wisdom to lovingly forgive.

Formality
- 1.
The further removed we become from the essentials of reality, the more we develop an exterior form of life that solidifies into formality, procedure, strict observance, perverse rule making, and aligning with others similarly minded, to create the conventional.
