If we meet others who seem indifferent, cold, arrogant, unfriendly and so on, we are meeting a negative, mental, emotionally weathered aspect of their lives. The naturally effervescent energy that is the birthright of human beings, has experienced a temporary defeat in their life. This defeat may be momentary or last a lifetime, but it will eventually end, for all illusory things eventually pass away.

The visionary conceives a new reality, and is the creator of the first step upon the road to its appearance. The greater the visionary’s potency of actualisation, the greater the conscious opportunity to fertilise its conception, and give it life into the world. Consequently, the visionary’s potency, or lack of, means that not all visions are to be created in the world.
