    There does not appear to be one particular formula for living which is steadfast and unchanging. Rather a kind of creative exploration or open-minded tolerance, which keeps us moving and not stuck, seems to be required of us. Even our so-called good habits tend to lose their power after a while. Obviously we are meant to live with variation in order to experience a greater perception and perhaps a larger involvement, so that we may transform a more comprehensive understanding of life.
