Spirit
- 1.
We can only assume that everyone has a soul, but the spirit is that energy which visibly quickens the body and mind. It is the vital spark that gives fire to the breath of life. And therefore some people are filled with high spirits and are vital, well motivated, and have a zest for life. Whilst others experience low spirited, tired, or depressed energy. Generally, the spirit is responsive to sunlight, conscious breathing, being in nature, living coherently, being creative, joy and enjoyment, and love, truth and passion.

Spontaneity
- 1.
The more consciously spontaneous we are, the freer we are to live in the timelessness of the moment. In this moment we carry no baggage of burdens, or carry past based emotional tardiness. We are alive to our true nature of love, and to the infinite possibilities of the spontaneous moment

If we live below the standards we espouse in the world, then we are living hypocritically.
Stars
- 1.
The stars we see today have been viewed for many thousands of years by humans and other animals. They reflect the light of our ancestors eyes, their wonderings, their hopes, as well as the home of their ancestor’s eternal, starry abode. Who did they love? What did they believe? How did they know what was true? We can imagine, do beings on other stars look at our Sun as a star in their night sky, and similarly wonder, hope and view us and our Sun’s surrounding starfield as the eternal abode of their ancestors?

Status Symbols
- 1.
A car can often be considered to be a status symbol, as can designer label clothing, shoes, baggage, jewellery, cosmetics and perfumes, amongst many other things. But these status symbols are a status based on money, not on any kind of honour or integrity. They can often reflect a purchasers conditioning, a belief that they have made it, according to societal standards, as well as an insecure yearning to impress others.
Stillness
- 1.
Taking a breath, and gently holding it, slightly closing our eyes, we naturally enter a place of peaceful, watchful stillness, behind the veil of ego, and into the infinite realm of truthful presence before time. Here we re-enter the consciously aware space of our transcendent, observing soul.

Strength
- 1.
Through focusing on being outwardly strong in mind, body, power and influence, we may tend to dominate others and our environment. However, when we become inwardly strong, our outer strength is tempered by consideration and compassion.
