Cliches
- 1.
It is very compelling for an automatic, cliched, conditioning judgment from the past, to become our habitual and narrow view, which precludes us from seeing the perspective, depth or intricacy of the present.

Love appears to exist at the core of every human being. It is this love that we are obliged to remain open and receptive to, for as soon as we close down to another, we lose the opportunity to share our love, as well as join in union with their love.

Co-Extensive
- 1.
During those moments when we feel at one with the earth, and beyond that, sense the universe as we do ourselves; when it becomes natural to identify the “out-there” as being co-extensive with the “in here” then the self enlarges in universal equanimity. (Please see contemplations on Coherence)

Coherence
17 Contemplations on Coherence - More >>- 1.
It appears that all forces in the universe attempt to integrate through coherence, but if they do not, they tend to pull apart and disintegrate in order to rebuild once again, yet in a different configuration. If our human actions seek coherence for ourselves, others, nature and so on, then we are at one with infinite intelligence, and we are part of the cosmic unfolding and expression. However, if we work against coherence for our own selfish aims, then we are likely to be moving towards disintegration and being re-built. (Please see contemplations on Co-extensive).

Coincidence
Comeuppance
- 1.
To go into a situation looking for our own reward, while outwardly appearing to be magnanimous, will usually end with us having to render and pay service, more than we desired or anticipated.
Comfort Zone
- 1.
Sometimes we may hear it said that if we want to live well, then we need to get out of our comfort zone. On the other hand, when we access the most profound state of being human, such as when experiencing any kind of deeply peaceful or transcendent state, we often experience the most profound zone of comfort in our entire life, where we feel connected, both with our own true nature. as well as with the nature of life. The commonly-called comfort zone, that we our advised to move out of, is, when examined, a zone of ego-conditioned, limiting beliefs and life experiences. Whilst the adventurous area we are advised to move into outside of this comfort zone, is also largely a zone where the ego is prime. Yet whenever we experience the peaceful and transcendental within the profound zone of comfort, we are largely free of ego. Ultimately, we cannot be truly free in any ego zone.
Comfortable Skin
- 1.
Many of us find it somewhat difficult to be comfortable in our own skin, or in other words, our sense of self. This is understandable, in terms of trying to find comfort in one’s ego, as an ultimate statement of who we are, when deep down, many of us know that we are more than our ego. So, how do we find comfort in our own skin? One answer is to use our ego’s multifaceted acting talent, yet in a particularly refined manner. In other words, we mindfully, honourably, and perhaps heartfully assume the character that best suits our true nature. With such a focus, we become present, and live in presence. This brings comfort, contentment, and a calm surety. And we begin to hold and refine this character, as a statement of who we believe we really are, whilst on earth.
