Maturity
- 1.
Apparently the more we are able to live in the brilliant fullness of the present, without the darkening process of the conditioned mind, the more ageless and innocent we can become, and the more this is reflected in the development, maturity and understanding of our ego. Young children live largely in the moment until they reach adolescence when they begin to spend more time in the conditioned mind. At this stage the understanding and maturity of the ego dramatically slows, for it has fewer moments of “being present” reflected to it from which to develop. Therefore many egos basically remain in a state of immature adolescence throughout their lives, largely developing only methods and habits of pseudo cleverness and avoidance.

Meaning Well
- 1.
We need to be a little careful, when we say that we mean well to others. Are we truly giving, or are we seeking our own gratification?
Media
- 1.
Until the foundations of our media become unbiased, they will not be able to render an unbiased perspective or presentation. Generally however, the current view of reality is based on dual perspectives with particular agendas, which suggests we still have work to do with the conditional, in order to reach towards the unconditional.

Meditation
- 1.
Ultimately, the act of meditation allows ourselves to be consciously loved by the observer soul. For this to happen, we need to make ourselves sensitively receptive. Such receptivity follows from relinquishing the chattering ego mind, to our true nature. We simply focus with awareness through any of our senses during our daily life. And therefore we do not necessarily need a set meditation pose, time, or place.

- 1.
Upon meeting others, it is more truthful to begin with an embracing attitude, regardless of circumstances, for it mirrors the deepest reality of our kinship with humanity.

Mental Block
- 1.
A mental block is rather like being in a cul de sac – so we can exit it, rather than remain stuck inside it. Then once we are outside, we can turn our mind around, and open our perception to a wider view. It appears that the main reason we are mentally blocked, is because we are limiting ourselves to a smaller vision or a smaller version, compared to the larger, more expansive answer that is coherently available.
Merging
- 1.
It appears that human consciousness can merge with other forms of consciousness. For example, to place a hand upon a tree and leave it there for some minutes, with our eyes closed, quietly merging human consciousness with tree consciousness, is to introduce ourselves and to create a peaceful connection. And then in the future, whenever we walk past that tree we will feel that we are walking past a friend. Furthermore, we soon learn that to begin to know one tree, is to automatically begin to know and make friends with all trees.
