However, we grow in understanding and inner-awareness of our power by the re-routing possibilities provided by creatively viewing our problems. Such as reflecting on what may be the positive aspects, the opportunities, the learning, the payoffs for having them, what supports them, and what are the different ways we may approach them. Finally we need to ask, “What do we truly want?”

Our level of reactivity to others can be an obvious sign of these constraints. On becoming aware of this, we can begin to reclaim the shadow, reclaim the projection, and reclaim our wholeness.
