  • Home

    • 1.

Home is the external manifestation of the comforting peace we sense deep inside our heart, which we attempt to create in the world. Unless our homes have heart, we will not feel at home in them.

  • Homeostasis

    • 1.

Though we often avoid homeostasis with our emotional and physical habits and addictions, the homeostasis of stillness, emptiness, fullness of truth, oneness of love, and pureness of innocence, are where the design and force of coherence eternally attempts to lead us.

  • Homo Sapiens

    • 1.

The term Homo Sapiens was first coined by the Swedish Botanist Carl Linnaeus in the eighteenth century. Homo means human, whilst Sapiens means wise. However, human beings require a truthful relationship to the earth and all it contains, in order to learn and become wise. Consequently, I believe that our true classification is more appropriately suited to ‘Homo Sapiens Terrae’ which means, Wise Human of the Earth. Furthermore, to profoundly know this, would assist humanity in living with a deeper connection to the earth, to all others, and all species.

We are not inclined to claim more, nor less for ourselves than what is rightful, when we labour honestly.

  • Honour

    • 1.

Honour is the standard upon which our values, integrity, honesty, truth, virtue, fairness, goodness, innocence, reverence and loyalty are sensitively aligned to, which in turn also determines the level of our self-respect.

  • Hope

    • 1.

Hope is often the beginning of the foundations of faith, and therefore it can be instrumental in creating what we long for.

  • Hopelessness

    • 1.

Because a situation may seem hopeless at first, does not mean that we should close the door to it prematurely, for we may close down to the possibilities of a solution.

  • Horizons

    • 1.

Where is the horizon of our perspective on life? How far does our domain extend on love, life, purpose, truth, humanity, compassion to all beings, and life beyond earth?

  • Hormonal

    • 1.

Hormonal and other biochemical fluctuations and imbalances affect the state of our body, mind and emotions. To a large degree we are ignorant of the causes of these states. Beneath these states however, most of us experience moments of the intuitive centre that makes us strive for balance. These variations in our state that stem beyond the conscious mind, are perhaps another way of experiencing other realms that the conscious mind would not have chosen or planned.
