  • Unintentional

    • 1.

The mysteries of life and the universe may just as likely be found in the so-called unintentional and unconscious, or the instinctive and intuitive, and consequently may contribute to the arising of a deeper coherence, than our current level of intelligence can fathom. The accidental, the random, the coincidental, the unforeseen, the seemingly purposeless, may create a chance synchrony of events and people, to create a greater synthesis than our planned intentions or expectations.

  • Union

    • 1.

We all appear to be part of the same boundless field of consciousness, individually learning to cohere our part.

  • Unique

    • 1.

The uniqueness of all aspects of life and the natural world, portrays the unequalled originality and selflessness of infinite expression, in that each design has its own place in existence.

  • Universal Beings

    • 1.

If we could deeply see and realise ourselves as universal beings, we would naturally act with mindful awareness. We would live within the depths of stillness and peace, from where gentleness, contentment, love and compassion arise. We would live without doubt (for we realise our true nature) and we would go wherever we wanted, and do whatever we pleased, in a state of truth and awareness. We would live without fear, in the courage, virtue and fortitude of our universal awareness. This state may very well be the future of humanity.

  • Unloading

    • 1.

If we have a need to unload our emotional thoughts and energy upon others, then in some way we may not be dealing with it ourselves. However, this is sometimes a good therapy for us, as we get to share our humanness with others and to see another perspective, although if it becomes habitual to unload, we are probably habitually avoiding.

  • Unloving

    • 1.

It is not possible to give a reason from the soul point of view for not wanting to love another. Only the ego can manufacture and justify such reasons.

      ***

  • Unreliability

    • 1.

At those times we depend upon others, but find them to be unreliable, then we are put back onto our own resources, and we may remember that our primary support comes from within.

  • Unsure

    • 1.

There appear to be two ways of being unsure that are actually within our own domain. They are; the one based on our own lack of confidence, and the second based on suspicion of others. Both are lessons in self-trust

  • Untogether

    • 1.

During those times we have a sense of being untogether, we are essentially requiring an embracing experience, which takes us into a larger, more expansive, more subjective, bodymind state. This can be achieved through meditation, contemplation, breathing consciously, taking a walk in a big-vista environment, looking to the sky or the stars, consuming less, and so on.
