The Fall
- 1.
A fall of some kind is often experienced, whenever we believe that we are a self-obsessed ego, as opposed to a bloom of infinite expression.
Theories
- 1.
Our theories or beliefs cannot truly be known or believed in, until we have had a practical, and preferably a personal experience.
Thinking
28 Contemplations on Thinking - More >>- 1.
Narrow-minded as well as selfish, indulgent thinking are our primary, ego-creating acts. However, ultimately thinking is primarily for conceiving, discovering, reflecting and contemplating, in order to give life to the particular path of our true nature.

Thought Room
- 1.
We all live in spaces that could be called rooms, which are defined by our senses. These spaces can be a bedroom, a lounge room, an office, or even a car, a shop, a theatre, a beach, a forest and so on. In other words, whatever our senses can encompass at any one time is the room in which we are currently living. If we were to really live and be present to the truth in each room as we journey through life, we would largely be able to quell the discursive mind from nagging, worrying and fearing what is happening in the other rooms.
Thousand Years
- 1.
A thousand years from now, will our ego-centred expectations or disappointments have counted for anything at all? Or will our loving thoughts and truthful actions have made a possibly benevolent and merciful difference to life on earth, or even perhaps beyond, to the fabric of the universe?
Threats
- 1.
Many of us seem to regress to the reactionary mind of our childhood, whenever we are threatened. It appears that the fallout of unresolved anger, threats of punishment, and emotions of rejection that we experienced as children come flooding back into our current state, and so we become driven and reactive. If we can awaken to the moment, and realise where these emotions may arise from, we can respond in a less reactionary way. By breathing deeply and speaking slowly and mindfully, we can help regain the present link to our true nature.
Time
23 Contemplations on Time - More >>- 1.
Time is measured on earth as a constant slipping into the past, or a projection into the future. However the present moment seems difficult to measure. If we attempt to measure it, it slips away, and our consciousness is lost with it in the past. Our daily mind also has the tendency to slip beyond and behind the moment, where time is – in the beyond and the behind, but full consciousness is not.

Timelessness
- 1.
If heaven exists as a place of timelessness, then by the power of the statement attributed to Hermes Trismegistus, “As above, so below” we may have the possibility of timelessness on earth. Furthermore, if the inhabitants of heaven truly live in a place where time is not, then perhaps it is the eternally present moment?

Timing
- 1.
Timing (or coincidence) could well be much more important than time. Timing, or the placing of events in sympathy or antipathy, seems to occur so that there may be an acknowledgment of cause, and therefore an understanding of life.

Tinkering
- 1.
To tinker with things during a negative or blocked emotional state, using this same state, will invariably tinker with results and not causes. We need in some way to transcend effects and results in order to make change.
