| Inadequate
- 1.
If we believe we are inadequate, we are believing that we are incomplete, faulty, or not good enough in some manner. Yet any beliefs of inadequacy, largely lies in our own faulty thinking that makes us think this way. The foundation of such beliefs is usually a mixture of over-comparing, perfectionism, self-pity and perhaps jealousy. However, every human being with an ego, has their own particular challenges and trials, which is due to an innate sense of ego incompleteness. This sense of incompleteness is at the core of all ego’s, but if we overly identify with our ego, rather than acknowledge our true nature, then we will surely live with a heightened sense of inadequacy. (Please see contemplations on True Nature).
