    There appear to be two paradoxically different ways that we can be disconnected or dissociated. One is when we wholistically observe our ego from the more conscious perspective of our present senses and true nature, whilst the other is when we are lost internally and emotionally within our ego, and not connected or associated with our present senses or true nature.
