It soon becomes apparent that vested interests or an agenda is occurring, if authorities of any kind issue proclamations, and then enforce rules or use the law, along with social compliance to sanction, stigmatise, incentivise or allow only particular limited choices. Such enforcement usually comprises one or all of the following; undemocratic, logically unsound, largely unscientific, untruthful, rationally incongruent (which cause unreliable or untenable results) yet are still forced, mandated or adhered to, with a controlling, authoritarian power-over.
