Socrates said the ‘unexamined life is not worth living.’

If we accept his premise, how much of our lives have we truthfully examined, in order to make life worth living?
Usually, it is very little.
Unfortunately, many of us tend to live lives dictated by unexamined habits, conditioning, and conformity of family, peers, society, career, money, security, religion, education, popularity, status and so on.
