Whenever we consciously observe, we discover, we notice the new, and we more fully appreciate the known. When we consciously observe, we embrace that aspect of life into our being, and we take heed of it. Therefore the more we observe, the more consciously attentive we become to the moment, the more we discover, and the more we live life.
