| Negotiation 1

Negotiation from a purely egocentric point of view is based on selfish demand and is inevitably confrontational. However, negotiation is really an opportunity for those involved to learn a deeper reality, through being of service to each other. When we want to serve another, we understand them more from their perspective, we fully listen and we express our truth lovingly. This allows an agreement to be based on appreciation, consideration and awareness, which in turn helps create conciliation, harmony and peace.
Negotiations and agreements that have no peace, usually indicates that there has been an excess of selfish involvement.
