Everything on earth and throughout the universe experiences being impressed upon by external forces. As human beings our senses are impressed upon through taste, smell, touch, sound and light, as well as by pressure, heat and cold, oxygen, gravity, the elements, water, sound waves, chemical, cosmic and electrical forces and so on.
All of these forces of impression have created a recording upon each of us, upon every cell in our bodies, along with our physical, mental, emotional, and feeling responses towards them, to others, and to life. This makes every human being an embodied vade mecum, a mortal handbook with an eternal reach, that contains the story of a unique life.
Yet for most of us this story is largely a hidden one, but it is also a universal story, which if we consider internally, we can begin to decode and discover far, far more.
