| Boundaries 1

Boundaries largely exist to protect the ego. The more rigid our boundaries, the more we are enmeshed in the illusory identity of ego. Boundary-setting can be conscious or unconscious. If conscious, it is an opportunity to find what is appropriate for the ego. If unconscious, the boundary will tend to be set reactively.
