Contemplation Collections

  • Receptivity

    • 1.

Our ability to be receptive, which includes openness, sensitivity, empathy, patience, compassion, selflessness and attention, opens our hearts to love, as well as opens our minds to wisdom.

  • Reckoning

    • 1.

The conscious reckoning or charge for living on earth, is surely to have a reciprocal respect (or love) of self, others, other species, and the environment.

  • Recognition

    • 1.

Whenever we meet another for the first time, yet we mysteriously recognise them, then we may be drawing upon our observer soul’s memory, where they are already assimilated. It is a reunion with that part of our reality. Consequently it is easy for us to honour and appreciate them. But in reality, the greater we love, the more we recognise others.

  • Reconciliation

    • 1.

Reconciliation occurs when there is a yielding of selfishness to the greater reuniting aspects of love. The conscious use of a detached yet loving will, helps create a reconciliation of opposing forces.

  • Recurrence

    • 1.

Anytime we have a recurring thought, word, action, or way of being, then it is likely that we have a shadowy subconscious investment in those states.

  • Redemption

    • 1.

Love redeems us more than anything else. Love restores, liberates and delivers us with innocent atonement.

  • Reflections

    • 1.

We are aware of the grace, true providence, as well as the love and beauty of existence, whenever we are centred. All is witnessed with a subjective awareness. When we are not centred, it is as if we are viewing existence from an oblique angle, from where myriads of incoherent mirrors reflect ad-infinitum. And it is in these lesser reflections where we can get lost, for there is no centre, and we lose our ability to be centred.

  • Refreshment

    • 1.

Just as we treat our body with the refreshment of food, drink and bathing, the mind is refreshed and ennobled with a treatment of creativity, ideas and intent, and the soul with a treatment of stillness, quiet and listening.

  • Regret

    • 1.

The value of regret is in the soul’s gift of highlighting a more considered path, rather than remaining chastened with guilt and remorse. Honest lament is transformed through the actions of atonement.

  • Rejection

    • 1.

It is the fundamental nature of souls to seek union with others. Whenever we are rejected, we sense the very basis of this calling has been denied.
