| Back to front 1

In the course of customary human transactions or relationships, where there is excess or exaggeration beyond the bounds of integrity, then a maxim I have named, “The Back-to-front principle” is a handy tool. It says that on such occasions, the truth will likely be found in a completely opposite place to where we think, or where we have been told it is. Furthermore, if we are faced with something unusual in the world, which seems implausible or far-fetched, then similarly, a customary approach may not reveal the truth. And again, the back to front maxim can open our perception towards the possibility of a hidden truth.
